CBSE Training Programme on Classroom Management at Jamyang School Leh

Jamyang School, Leh, successfully conducted a CBSE Training Programme on Classroom Management on 19th and 20th September 2026. The training programme was facilitated by Ms. Tsewang Dolma and Ms. Mingur Angmo, who served as the resource persons.

The resource persons were knowledgeable, well-prepared, and effectively engaged the participants throughout the programme. A total of 60 participants from various schools across Ladakh attended the training.

The sessions focused primarily on the rules, techniques, management, and effective control of classroom environments, with the resource persons sharing valuable insights and practical strategies based on their personal experiences. The participants actively engaged in the discussions and enthusiastically took part in the various activities conducted during the programme.

The interactive nature of the sessions provided participants with opportunities to exchange ideas, reflect on their classroom experiences, and gain practical knowledge that can be applied in their respective schools.The two-day training programme was successfully completed, and the participants gained valuable knowledge and practical insights into effective classroom management. The programme proved to be an enriching and beneficial learning experience for all those who participated.
