A Memorable Triple Celebration at Jamyang School Leh

On 14th August 2026, Jamyang School Leh celebrated a memorable triple celebration of the School Founder’s Day, Parents’ Day, and Ladakh Day with great joy and enthusiasm.
The celebration was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Former CEC Sir Tashi Gyaltsen, along with BJP President Sir Tashi Gyaltsen Khajul and the Manager of Togden Enterprise. The presence of our esteemed guests, along with our dear parents, staff, and students, made the occasion even more special.
This year marks 19 years since the establishment of Jamyang School Leh. The celebration was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the school’s journey and to express gratitude to everyone who has contributed to its growth and success over the years.
Adding to the cultural spirit of the occasion, all the teachers and students looked beautiful in their traditional Ladakhi attire, proudly reflecting the rich culture and heritage of Ladakh. As part of the celebration, the titles of Mr. Traditional Dress and Ms. Traditional Dress were awarded to Jigme Norbu and Disket Dolma.
The programme included beautiful dance performances by the students, an inspiring speech by the Chief Guest, and an entertaining chair-dancing activity for the parents, which brought much laughter and excitement to the celebration.
The day was filled with happiness, cultural pride, togetherness, and cherished memories. The active participation of the students, parents, and staff made the celebration a great success and a truly memorable occasion for the entire Jamyang School family.
